Naturally high in triterpene, Reishi is widely used as an adaptogen, aiding the body in managing stress, fatigue, and overall mood. The high levels of polysaccharides and triterpenes found in Reishi are powerful immune system modulators, while promoting healthy blood flow (potentially lowering blood pressure), and having a protective effect on the liver.

Cordyceps is a long-renowned and widely used mushroom known for its positive impact on energy levels. Cordyceps is most notable for its production of Cordycepin, which has a chemical structure very similar to adenosine triphosphate, otherwise known as ATP, or the fuel for our cells. Cordyceps have also been found to be libido enhancing, as well as having antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and anti-cancer properties.

Ashwagandha is a loved and renowned adaptogenic herb in India. Also known as Indian Ginseng, ashwagandha has been clinically proven to help reduce stress and regulate cortisol, thereby combatting anxiety and depression. Ashwagandha has also been shown to support cognition, enhancing focus and mental stamina, while also supporting thyroid function and adrenal health, as well as help balance blood sugar levels.

We use more mushrooms and less menstruum than your average market level mushroom product, reflected in the opacity in our extractions! Our triple extraction process includes a water, alcohol, and cold press, (and then a recombination) targeting different metabolites and compounds so that we make the most of our mushrooms, and you get maximum benefits.
